Right of Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales contracts.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send a clear statement by email or mail to:

For contracts concluded through Ablefy, the right of withdrawal may also be exercised by clicking the electronic withdrawal button provided there.

Digital Content

For digital content (e.g., PDF files, audio files, or downloads), the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the consumer has expressly agreed that the performance of the contract will begin before the expiration of the withdrawal period and has confirmed that they are aware that this will result in the loss of their right of withdrawal.

Services

For services, the right of withdrawal may expire early if the service has been fully performed and the consumer has expressly agreed, prior to the start of the service, that performance may begin before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

In the event of a cancellation after services have already begun, compensation may be required for the services rendered up to that point.

Note for Business Owners

The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers as defined in Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Business customers are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.
